This is a true session beer; good for havinga few of or for cleansing the palate. It's a bit of a tradition around here to have a mild named for the brewer's grandfather. It's a daunting task. Joe was a hard man to please, but he was there the day the Red Bull helped to save the free world on Anzio beach. You need to let a guy like that have his moments. His descendents sometimes find themselves having what we call "A Joe Moment". It usually involves a few expletives and/or projectiles. So if you find yourself having a Joe Moment, sit down with a pint and wait for it to pass.

Brewing Info

O.G. 9.6P, 10 IBU'S, 4.1% ABV

Serving method(s)

Cask

Beer update: Hop On IPA

Hop On IPA

Description

Cuz, you're gonna get hop ons.
