Cask Conditioned Ales

Properly cellared, conditioned, and then served at cellar temperature (52°). Hand pulled from our four English beer engines.

Mr. Smooth Dark Mild
Made in the style of century old dark mild’s, with wheat, oats, and barley. Gently hopped with East Kent Goldings. Sturdy blue collar session beer for refreshment after a hard day in the mill.
O.G. 10.2P, 25 IBU'S, 5% ABV
Willie the Wisp Scottish Ale (Limited on cask)
Medium body, dark amber color, malty, with hints of caramel, bisquet, and peat. Hopped with East Kent Golding and brewed with Golden Promise barley. Little hop aroma to allow the malt flavors to be present. Also available on pushed draft.
O.G. 13P, 30 IBU'S, 5.2% ABV
Tartar Control IPA
Brewed with lots of Vienna malt and English barley. Plenty of hops to balance the maltiness.

The Black Watch Oat Stout
The stout will be cask conditioned until the fall season arrives again. Full bodied stout brewed with malted oats and roasted barley. Coffee, chocolate, caramel and nutty flavors abound.
O.G. 15P, 45 IBU'S, 5.8% ABV
Great Waters House Ale
This is a medium to light bodied, copper colored ale. The pleasant hoppyness comes from East Kent Golding hops. The clean aroma helps balance the biscuit and caramel malts used in this English country ale.

Pushed with CO2, served at 38°F from our properly maintained draft tower

Willie the Wisp Scottish Ale
Medium body, dark amber color, malty, with hints of caramel, bisquet, and peat. Hopped with East Kent Golding and brewed with Golden Promise barley. Little hop aroma to allow the malt flavors to be present. Also available on cask.

Pryed of Lyon’s Spring Ale
An ale brewed with German rye, local dandelion honey, and Belgian pilsen malt. Rye has a unique flavor with a hint of apple. The fruity esther of this grain pairs well with the strong aroma of dandelion.

Saint Peter Pale Ale
Medium bodied amber ale, with a pleasant balance of malt and hop varieties. Our pale ale has been a favorite choice since 1997

Brown Trout Brown Ale
Slightly full bodied rich brown ale. Caramel chocolate maltiness in this satisfying dark ale is a year round favorite.

Golden Prairie Blond Ale
Refreshing light bodied golden ale, using noble hop varieties. Clean delicate aroma makes this one of our most popular beers.
